The birthplace of house music, Chicago, will be host to this year's first ever Move! House music festival. With support from the local Government and appearences by house legends Frankie Knuckles and David Morales It's one to check out.
If you were to look up the history of House music you would be sure to find Chicago mentioned in there at some stage or another. The music that came out from the city in the early days of dance music set the standard for people to follow. House music is one of the most popular and most loved styles in the World and the Chicago scene would have to take some credit for making it so.
The first ever Move! House music festival which has support from Illinois%u2019 Department of Economic Development and the Bureau of Tourism will be taking place on the 7th and 8th of July. The festival will be held at the Charter One Pavilion in Northerly Island. The venue is outdoor and sits beside the lakefront providing a very tasty backdrop to a weekend of quality dance music.

The festival invites everybody of all ages young or old to come and enjoy the two days of music entertainment lined up. With international talent and Grammy award winners like Frankie Knuckles, David Morales and Maurice Joshua providing the finest house music around on the scene right now along with Chicago's love and history of the style its an event to mark on your to attend list.
Ticket Availability
Tickets for the event are priced at $35 for one day or $60 for a two day pass. The prices are always subject to change so the earlier you book the cheaper they will be. On sale now and available from Ticket Master.
