 For a guy who has been releasing records for years its a bit surprising that he's only just got round to releasing his debut artist album. It's on its way and is one to get hold of.
Lange has been around for a fair few years in the music industry. Known to his family and friends as Stuart he has been involved in a few very popular aliases within music circles. Firewall and SuReal are two of his other very successful names he has released music under. The Lange name has had many a hit or two over the years. A few of his most famous releases include 'Follow Me', 'Drifting Away', 'I Believe' and 'Don’t Think It Feel It'.
The double CD release will be comprised of his previous releases, his current arsenal of tracks and future unreleased Lange tracks that have not seen the light of day yet. Good news for the album is that all the tracks featured on it will be full length and unmixed, just the way I like them as many others do I'm sure.
His sound has evolved fro what it used to be so like many other artists out there. One record that stimulates a shift in his style would be a collaboration with Gareth Emery with the track 'Another You Another Me'. Fantastic build up with a killer break that gets every big room audience putting there hands up and wetting themselves with pleasure, I'm sure you have heard it and think the same.
REMIX ANGEL FALLS & WIN A RELEASE ON HIS LABEL
Here is a calling to all you music producers just itching to get a record signed to a big label. Lange is giving the opportunity for you to remix his latest single release 'Angel Falls' with the winning remixer having their very own track released on his label Lange Recordings. Sound good?
All you need to do is to download the samples from the remix page and come up with your own track using them. Send those into Lange at the address on the site before the 7th August and wait and see if your remix is picked to be released with three others on a special remix release on Lange Recordings.
DATES FOR YOUR DIARY
Lange's debut artist album will be released sometime during the Autumn, no firm date has been released yet. On the 16th should see the release of his brand new single 'Angel Falls' on most formats to suit your preference of media. I have not seen a tracklist for the album floating around anywhere so the exact tracks on it are unknown, at least to me anyway. One worth grabbing for trance fans there so if you see it in the shops pick it up and go give the cashier some currency.
