Lustral will be releasing some fresh new music over the winter period and are due in the studio soon to start recording. They will be running a remix competition form one of their new releases.
Remix competitions are a great way of showing the industry your production skills and cheaper than releasing a record yourself by a long way. Lustral who you may remember from certain big hits like "Everytime" and "Solace" will be hitting us with some fresh new material in the run up to the new year with a new single planned for release.
The name of the single, mixes and what label it will be released on are all unknown for now but the Lustral boys are looking for hungry producers to submit their mixes for the final remix spot on the single. As well as the release on traditional media they will also release two more best of the rest remixes as part of a digital download package.
For all the samples and details on what to do and where to send your remix to, send an e-mail over the Lustral boys with the title 'REMIX COMP' to: info@lustralmusic.com. No cut off date has been announced as yet but all the details you need can be found by dropping them a line.
