Jaytech is back with as new release on Ajunadeep for some more seriously gorgeous progressive trance offerings for your enjoyment. Whoop...
From down under comes the very talented producer called Jaytech. His real name is James Cayzer and he's from Australia. He's been making records since he was 14 years old and has his first major release back in 2004. His production style is very deep and progressive with hints of uplifting elements hidden away. This release on Ajunabeats progressive label Ajunadeep looks set to go down a treat.
:: Headcase :: Garden State
The first offering in this two track release is Headcase. This track is deep and strong with a good feeling about it from the start. The opening beat is soft but firm and in drops a string that floats away into a short break. There is a echo vocal that pops in off the beat after the short break as the strings and sounds start to collect. The progressive nature of this track works in its favour to create a real sublime atmosphere with each break and build. The main melody that feeds in with the strings going through the track are complimented by background ambiance. This tracks a real builder. Its steady, progressive with relaxed melodies and bass patterns.
Pepe's Garden is the track that does it for with this release, it's just got that something about it that wants to make you play it again. The sound that catches your air kicks off right from the word go with. The kick off the main beat is one of the catchiest I've heard for a while, if you can call it a kick as its more a whoop sound feeding off the main beat. That gets things off to a good start and after a short build up of backing sounds the beat duds out a tad and in comes a melody that will catch your air. It works very well with the whoop from the beat to create a good vibe. The main hook in this track is the next melody that feeds in leading to a short build with the beat still in force. It leads you two a well worked deep bass driven pattern with good tone changes. The strings in this are a joy to the ear and all the sounds work together to create that dreamy progressive track you will love time and time again, great work.
Conclusion:
This is a very solid release from Jaytech. Two very different progressive offerings here with Pepe's Garden being the more uplifting of the two and Headcase for those who like it steady. I loved Pepe's Garden, it just does it for me for some reason so get checking that one out.
