This years will see Cream celebrate its 10th anniversary of its mighty summer dance festival Creamfields. They have just announced their line-up for the event and its looking very big indeed...
With all the cold wind and rain in the UK at the moment its always a good thing to look forward to the major events of the summer in the blazing sunshine and dazzling heat. Well, it is the UK so just a nice mild day without any rain would be nice but the good thing about the summer season is the whole crop of dance festivals to look forward. Cream has been running the mighty 'Creamfields' for the past nine years and its back this year celebrating its 10th edition.
Two days of glorious dance joy are in store the weekend of the 23rd August with the little town of Daresbury, just south of Liverpool hosting the madness. Tickets for the event are now available in different packages just for each day or whole weekend deals. The line up has also been announced with some big hitters in the DJ world attending over the two days.

That is one big list of DJ's with some real global hitters in the dance music world popping over for the party!
RADIO 1 COVERAGE
Quite possibly the biggest radio station in the UK will be there covering the event this year. They will be bringing you backstage interviews, highlights from the festival and broadcasting live shows on the Saturday of the event. Since their shift in dance shows to Friday its unclear at the moment what shows they will put on but I would expect to see live broadcasts from Pete Tong and the energetic Judge Jules. If you can't be there then you can pretend to be with Radio 1's coverage. They will announce show times and exact coverage nearer the time but as usual when they cover dance events it should be excellent.
