 Lange brings us his November news with the long overdue return of Lange Recordings, a few brand new Lange remixes and where you can find him playing thoughout the rest of this month...
To his friends they know him as Stuart but to the millions of fans who adore his music they know him as Lange. He's not been sitting on a beach all summer taking early retirement after a hugely successful and long over due debut artist album 'Better Late Than Never'. Theer are lots of new remixes coming soon and brand new records to be released on his own label, 'Lange Recordings'.
LANGE CLIMBS THE TOP 100
The DJ Mag Top 100 poll has come and gone with the top ten being not much different from last year with Armin van Buuren still the number one. Lange climbs up 18 places this year to come in 37. He's been in the Top 100 on the poll for the last seven years and I'm sure he will climb up there as he is getting good at the DJ game now.
LANGE RECORDINGS IS BACK
Lange's very own in house label has been on a bit of a hiatus for the past few months but its ready with its next release to drop before the end of the year. The first to see the light of day is a record from Russian producer PoisonPro with his new track 'Empty Inside'. Its an artist I've not heard anything from but the new track will have remixes from Ali Wilson and Invisible Sounds. It is already in circulation with the big names and has been played by Armin, Ferry Corsten and Radio 1's Judge Jules in recent weeks. This one gets a full release on December 15th.
NEW REMIXES
Lange has been in the studio and I'm sure been tinkering with new tracks while he's there. He has certainly been on remix duty with a brand new Lange one for the new Bartlett & Dyor single. The track, 'Floating Beyond' is the follow up to the excellent 'Off The World' which Bartlett producer with Martin Roth. The new single will be released on Lange Recordings in January but Lange will be premiering his remix on his radio show on the 26th November.
FORTHCOMING GIGS
You may have been lucky enough to catch Lange at Ferry Corsten's 'Full On Ferry' event back on the 1st of this month but if you missed him you can catch him again before December. He will be playing at the Trance Awards at the Gallery's Ministry of Sound club in the heart of London. That event all kicks off this weekend on the 21st and should be a good night for those who like their trance music.
