Bolier Breaks The DJMag Chart!
You came, you saw, you clicked and you voted. And on September the 27th - the morning after the ‘Pictures’ album launch party - Leon woke up to the call that every DJ holds their breath for! Yes indeed, for La Bolier has landed on Planet Top 100, touching down at No.95 on DJ Mag’s chart. Leon would like to shout a great big bottom-of-his-heart ‘thank you’ to all those that took the time to vote for him in the '08 poll.

Leon Bolier - Dance4Life’s Newest Ambassador
Dance4Life, the charity set up in 2003 to raise awareness and increase understanding of AIDS & HIV around has just announced its second generation of musical Ambassadors. Leon, it is fair to say, was delighted to be named as one of them! Over the coming months he will be playing at D4L events and channeling his not inconsiderable energies towards furthering the organization’s goals. First up will be his inaugural gig at The Sand in Amsterdam on the 29th November, alongside Tiësto, Sied van Riel & Joop. Just hit this link for tickets!

‘Pictures’ – Out Now
Already hailed by the dance press as “one of the best EDM artist albums of 2008”, Leon’s debut long-player ‘Pictures’ is now fully released. Disc 1 perfectly exhibits Leon’s unique “trance, in the broadest sense of the word” production ethic and includes the singles ‘YE & ‘Ocean Drive Boulevard’. Disc 2, meanwhile features collaborations with Dutch nu-skool producers including Sied van Riel, Galen Behr, Cliff Coenraad & Thomas Hagenbeek. P.O.V. - The DJ Booth
It’s been another rafter-raisin', speaker-shagging month behind the CDJs for Leon. Aside from the aforementioned 'Pictures' knees-up/launch party (Leon wants to say big thanks to Fine Taste, Joop, Sied van Riel and Orjan Nilsen for that!), he's also been rocking the Intuition ADE night at Eclipse in Amsterdam. Waiting in the wings are 15,000 bright young souls ready to roadblock the Fabulous night in ‘s Hertogenbosch on the 22nd and then with barely pause for breath its 'all aboard' for The Monday Bar's Lucia cruise.
