The past two years has seen Activa (AKA Rob Stevenson) jump from a fairly fresh faced new producer to one of the scene biggest Trance artists around at the moment. He has really been making waves throughout more than the last two years but 2008 was one where we saw his first ever mix compilation, for Discover's superb 'Live As...' series. That was a live set recorded for the ever gathering in popularity 'Digital Society' at one of their live events. He is also part label owner, with his joint partnership of Conspiracy Recordings run by Rob and his fellow Trance superstar Jon O'Bir. He has had his own released published on the scene biggest dance labels with tracks on Vandit, Armada and Anjunbeats to name just a few.

His relationship with Discover is his most successful though, which all began when he released his first record on the label back in 2006. His tracks have been in the playlists of the scene biggest producers and radio shows with club bangers like 'Affirmation', 'Airflow' and his latest release with Matt Kidd 'U.R'. The timing has never been more perfect to unload with a debut artist album then and right on cure, here it is!

'This World' is a collection of what Rob's production style is all about and features that variety to incorporate different dance styles over the course of the album. The core uplifting, driving Trance sound we all know Activa by is more than accommodated for in here with most of the tracks all spanking new. One new tune in the collection you might have heard ina DJ set or tow is the thunderous 'Transmission' as that track has been put into the palms of a few select DJ's to road test out on the circuit.
