We Love Space Remixed

© We Love They have been running a remix competition all summer with tracks donated by some of the scenes hottest electronic talents and now they are giving them all away with this free mix compilation...

The Ibiza season may well be over with all the clubs shut and party goers wrapping up for the winter but I'm sure many who have took a trip over to the island this year will have had the experience of a night at Space. The We Love Space night held every Sunday has to be one of the best nights on the Island with some sizzling hot music on show all summer. As part of the night's search for new, upcoming production talent they started a competition back in June for budding producers to put together a remix from tracks donated by the likes of 202 Sound System, Yousef, Caged Baby and Tiefschwarz.

The prize for the winning remixes was to have their mix released along with the full single release of the tracks donated by the artists. This compilation compiles all the winning remixes and a few of the best that did not make it into one FREE compilation for you to check out. Put your wallet away peeps this one is on the house!

The records marked in bold were this seasons competition winners and had their mix marked up on the labels official release. The competition had a lot of talented and undiscovered producers popping out of the woodwork to showcase their magic had good things to say.

Lee Pennington, winner of the 2020 Soundsystem remix had this to say "...I looked at my emails I had one from Ralph (Lawson) letting me know I had won and I was completely gob smacked and I felt that all the hard work had paid off."

Feedback from Monopolar from South America who got the Tiefschwarz boys all fired up with their entry had this to say "It's been fantastic to remix such a groovy track as "Yeah". We love Tiefschwarz approach to rhythm and subtle harmony, so we reinterpreted the elements of the song in our trademark style, which is afro Latin tech-house."
