 It's that time of year again when Armin starts to look back at the Trance and Progressive audio that has littered his 'A State of Trance' radio show and lit up dance floors across the globe. It's also time for you to vote for your favourite records from the past twelve months...
It's difficult enough keeping track of the latest records never mind digging out releases from time gone by but at the end of every year Armin van Buuren likes to get the listeners who religiously tune into his 'A State of Trance Show' the chance to vote for their favourite records from throughout the year. If you have not heard about his weekly radio show then you really should start to as its the biggest Trance and Progressive radio broadcast weekly to well over 150 radio stations around the world. The show is now firmly into its 429th edition and the end of year vote determine what records Armin will put into his top 20 best of edition at the end of December.
It's quite simple, you just turn your attention to the voting page and select your top 5 records from the past year from the list of tunes available and the tracks with the most votes will make in into the end of year top 20 special and a new record will be crowned the best track, as voted for by the leisters, of 'A State of Trance' for 2009. Of course you can vote for tracks that came out in December last year with the voting beginning in November but with the amount of music released this year it may well be a hard choice just selecting five.

Not only will Armin be hosting the Top 20 records edition of the show he will also be putting together his world famous Yearmix which looks to cram in all the highlights from the past year of Trance. It's a mix that needs a month in advance for Armin to slide all those record together without it sounding like one big train wreck. Both shows will be broadcast at the end of December and you have until the beginning of December to get your votes in.
