 All the latest from the Intuition Recordings label as they prepare for next year's annual Winter Event which marks the 5th year anniversary of the labels existence....
Things may be getting a little frosty around the chillier parts of the world this winter but Menno De Jong and his team at Intuition Recordings have just the cure to warm you up. It's the annual Intuition Recordings Winter Event that takes place in the heart of the Netherlands held within one of Amsterdam's finest clubs. You can read all about the next event which is due to take place in the next decade (sounds strange thinking of it like that) in March with this months newsletter. Not only that they have footage from this year's ADE (Amsterdam Dance Event) event which saw the label invite Garuda and Coldharbour for one smoking hot party.
The Intuition Winter Festival: 5 Years Of Intuition!
Westerunie... It’s a club that’s barely contained the sell-out crowds that thronged in for Menno Solo last year November. On Saturday the 13th of March Menno will once again throw open the doors to one of his favourite Amsterdam venues and usher in the masses for the 2010 edition of the Intuition Winter Festival. It’ll be a ‘double event’ too - one that'll be celebrating the 5th marvelous, magical, fantastical (steady on!) year of Intuition Recordings. DJs on the night? Well there will be a few! Flying in from the hotlands of Egypt are Aly & Fila, and from the somewhat chiller climes 'Swedish Beatball' Marcus Schössöw & fellow countryman Airbase. You can also prepare yourself for some Belgian-flavoured audio-shocks from Jonas Steur and naturally a good deck-thrashing session from the incomparable host, Mr De Jong.
That’s not all either! As part of the birthday, neighbouring venue Westerliefde will be hosting the Anjunadeep Vol. 2 World Tour. Dutch Prog masters 16 Bit Lolitas will be joining the Australian Jaytech for the event and the all-important warm-up will come courtesy of Fine Taste. So, when it arrives, get that shiny new 2010 leather diary out (the one your well-meaning Auntie gave you for Christmas) and make them the first dates you put in there. Standby one, standby all!

Menno Hits The Summadayze Tour Trail
As 2009 becomes 2010, Menno will be heading for the Australasian shores. He’ll be bringing gridlock to the humungously large dancefloors of the Australian and New Zealand Summadayze tour from January the 1st to the 9th. If you’re in either Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, New Zealand or on the Gold Coast between those dates, the Intuition Crew A) extended their greatest jealousies! & B) humblely suggests you get down to a Summadayze event! There simply isn’t a better way to kick off the next decade.

Intuition Invites Coldharbour & Garuda - ADE Video Report
It was the boat that rocked the Amsterdam Dance Event! Menno de Jong, Markus Schulz and Gareth Emery assembled on the quayside, all bringing with them their own intrinsic take on trance and progressive and proceeded to make audio-waves (sorry!). If you were there, good on yer! If you missed it, well we understand the inner torment you must still be going through and want to make it all better!
