'In My Blood' is Sharam Jey's eagerly anticipated new artist album, featuring guest spots from hotly tipped Swedish chanteuse Cornelia, Princess Superstar, Nik Valentino (Lost Valentinos), Tommie Sunshine, and Andreas Hogby (Torpedo)...
SHARAM JEY ‘IN MY BLOOD’ (ALBUM) RELEASED 15th FEBRUARY KING KONG RECORDS
The German electro star has long been regarded as an innovator, pushing electronic dance music forward throughout his career. His singles, debut album (‘4 Da Loverz’), compilations, and remixes for the likes of Moby, Mylo, Faith No More, Faithless, and many others, have brought him constant acclaim for more than a decade.
Never one to get bogged down in genres or pigeonholes, and still owing much to his dancefloor roots, ‘In My Blood’ marks his biggest departure yet from purely club-based grooves, moving into song territory with the enlistment of an impressive roster of guests.
Indie hero, Nik Valentino (from Aussie band, Lost Valentinos) provides three vocals (title track, ‘In My Blood’, ‘Sleep Walk’, and ‘The More That I Do’). Kooky Swedish chanteuse Cornelia features on new single, ‘Army Of Men’, and Princess Superstar steps up for ‘Monday Morning’. Andreas Hogby (of Swedish rockers Torpedo) joins Sharam on ‘Hearts Of Stone’, while dance heavyweight Tommie Sunshine appears on ‘The Things’.
