© South West Four The build up to one of the UK's biggest electronic dance music festivals is underway with the announcement that Fatboy Slim and Armin van buuren will be headlining this year's South West Four. We have all the details...

In recent years the South West Four festival, held down in the UK's gleaming capital London, has grown to become one of the biggest electronic dance music festivals of the summer. That is if you call what we have here in the UK during June, July and August summer of course. Last year's event was the biggest yet and this year the organisers are looking to build on the success of last year's to make 2010's event bigger. They have made a very god start with the announcement that Armin van buuren will headline Saturday and Fatboy Slim will headline Sunday at the festival this year and that this year's event will be held over two days.

The biggest Trance DJ in the world and one of the most decorated dance DJ's the scene has ever welcome into, Fatboy Slim, otherwise known as Norman Cook. It will be Norman's only London date for this year that is back on the road gigging after a successful time in rehab. The man who created 'Praise Him' and brought the some of the most creative and enjoyable dance music videos for his singles is not one to be missed as his live sets are full of surprises. Armin van buuren on the other hand, you can expect only the finest trance and progressive records that will be blowing speakers to bits well into the winter after the festival.

HEADLINE ACT: ARMIN VAN BUUREN

As the world’s undisputed no.1 DJ it’s a great honour to announce that Armin van Buuren has chosen South West Four for his only London gig of 2010. Armin follows in the footsteps of Paul van Dyk, Carl Cox, Sasha and John Digweed by headlining South West Four for the very first time.

Not only has Armin officially been voted the most popular DJ on the planet for the past three years, A State Of Trance continues to set the standard as the world’s most popular radio show. It now appears on a remarkable forty worldwide FM stations and attracts more than thirty million listeners a week. GET LOADED RETURNS WITH BLACK GRAPE

With SW4 going two days Get Loaded is set to return to its spiritual roots by hosting a series of indoor events throughout the year. New Years Eve at 02 Academy Brixton was a great test for Get Loaded and one it passed with flying colours. A sell out crowd of 5000 attended Get Loaded’s first indoor event in over five years and witnessed an amazing lineup literally tear the roof off the Academy! Get Loaded returns to London’s club scene on Easter Thursday 1st April via another huge event at The Coronet Theatre in Elephant & Castle.
