He keeps dropping new singles left right and centre does Richard Durand. That's a good thing for any Electronic dance music enthusiast though as they are always top draw, his latest one 'Tigers Apology' is no exception. We have all the latest on that new release, his imminent arrival in Miami for the Winter Music Conference fun and games and news on a remix he's done for dance legends 'The Crystal Method'.
New Richard Durand Single – ‘Tiger’s Apology’
Have already summoned a sound storm on dancefloors presided over by Sander van Doorn, Tiësto, Armin, Judge Jules & others over the last 4 weeks, ‘Tiger's Apology’ slips the lock on its promo cage this week. The new Richard Durand single (his first post the ‘Always The Sun’ album) is out on Magik Muzik now.

Next week the electronic music world’s ears and eyes turn to that big sun-splash on the map... Miami. The Winter Music Conference kicks off on the 23rd of March and Richard will be there for the duration playing a big trilogy of parties. On the 24th he’ll be spinning at the Black Hole Recordings party @ Karma on South Beach alongside BT and JES. Then after a couple of days R&R, it’s a big double-whammy on the Friday. Daytime, he’ll be at the Dirty Beats and Music Matters party @ Nikki Beach (bottom end of SoBe) with Ferry Corsten and come night-time it’ll be down to Nocturnal for the SpinAA party and a big finisher. For EDM lovers of the more uplifting persuasion, the first weekend of April means one thing and one thing only … Trance Energy.
At the gargantuan Jaarbeurs exhibition hall on the 3rd of April, The Big Event (with its fully-loaded throng of DJs keenly spread across Main, Hard, Future & High Contrast stages) will rule. Taken from their comeback album ‘Divided By The Night, Richard has recently been on the remix of legendary San Fran electronic dance pioneers The Crystal Method. Featuring the killer standout vocals of Stefanie King Warfield, Richard has delivered a mighty high-octane, tech-styled rework to ‘Black Rainbows’.
