A State of Trance 2010 Coming This Week

© Armind The compilation series from Trance music's most popular weekly radio show, A State of Trance, has just been mixed by Armin van Buuren and will be out very soon. Check out Armin's preview right here...

Armin van Buuren must have been one of the busiest artists on the scene over the past few months. With the preparations for his 450th radio show celebrations to organise, which takes Armin to four countries in the space of three days and his hectic gig schedule alongside his weekly radio show to produce; it may not have left much time for much else. Thankfully though he has had time to get together his 'A State of Trance 2010' compilation and has just finished mixing it. It's been a long running annual compilation that compiles the very latest trance and progressive records Armin can get his hands on and is packed with exclusives you won’t find anywhere else but on it.

He has managed to tie a few of his favourite artists to keeping a few of their new productions just for this compilation and has created a new track under his 'Gaia' which was his tune of the year for 2009. It will be the follow up to 'Tuvan' and sounds very promising from the sneak preview he's made available on his YouTube channel. The theme for the album follows last year’s with two different discs, one for the Beach and the other for the club. Each disc has its own distinctive sound with the first being a more laid back Balearic sound perfect to relaxed to and the second being just the cure to warm you up for a night out clubbing.

The spread of talent over the two discs features the likes of Orjan Nilsen, Simon Patterson, Roger Shah & Signum,Mat Zo, Thomas Bronzwaer and Sebastian Brandt, who made the official anthem for his 450th radio show celebrations called.....'450'. It's just what you need for summer weather your relaxing by the beach or chilling in the bath.
