The very latest news from Leon Bolier has dropped into the i:Vibes news desk as he starts to warm up for a very busy summer. The good news is his new artist album is not to far from completion and we can hazard a guess it may well see the light of day before frost starts appearing on the ground later this year. It will be one to savour that’s for sure as Leon’s last few single releases have been smoking hot. He’s due another one out very shortly on Spinnin Records called ‘That Morning’ and its another Leon classic you should check out, look for the link below in his update to do just that on his YouTube channel. Leon Bolier 'That Morning'

More intense and exciting than a low flight over an erupting volcano whilst being attacked by a swarm of Angry Birds, ‘That Morning’ – the new LB floor throw-down - will soon be among us. Already being given some very healthy rotation on Armin’s ASOT show, it will be available to the rest of us before this month is out. Release day is the 22nd of June, when it’ll become available through all good digital download sellers. ‘That Morning’ will be followed on the 31st of August by - drum roll please! - Leon’s new artist album (insider reports on which suggest is “85% complete”!). In the meantime you can check ‘That Morning’ now through the all-playing-eye that is YouTube… Gitsome!

Gig Flashforward: Digital Society Summer Event

Society summer events in England usually consist of silly hats, Pimms overdoses and too much green grass lying all over the place. Not Digital Society’s though! No sir – far from it. There’s will be talking place in the suitably dark, suitably strobe-lit confines of the 02 Academy in Leeds on Friday the 11th of June, where Leon will be sharing deck-space with Simon Patterson, Sean Tyas and Lange. More trance, less cheap jazz bands and Z-list personality appearances are what’s on the menu and if that sounds like your kind of thing you can get tickets direct from the Digital Society website.

There is plenty to view this month on the LBTV channel, enough to keep you going for the better part of an evening we should suspect. In Leon’s late spring tour report you can find highlights for any number of great gigs, with lots of backstage messiness on the inside-track video. As the nights start to close in and everything gets a bit colder and darker, our thoughts are starting to turn to Christmas and… er, no, hang on - wrong season! We are literally months away from that stuff! It’s all ahead of us; we’ve got it ALL to come – wa-bloody-hay! Fetch us some sangria with a margarita chaser and gargle it down with some sunshine! Leon is back in party-central, nice and early in the summertime proceedings (the the 11th of July to be precise) and will be ready to tear it up at Judgement Sundays… Eden’s the club, San Antonio is the town and Ibiza is the, er, big white thing in the middle of the Med. Leon Sayz: "It was called 'The Redwood', in my hometown. I had to play all the charts hits. It made me understand what is for a crowd to react to music though, which still comes in handy to this day!"

The Streamlined Radio Show

As our planet Earth tumbles wildly through space (albeit in a tight geosynchronous orbit around the Sun) it’s reassuring to know that the radio arm of Streamlined is broadcasting to every corner of it.
