He may have his very own RAW Sessions label but High Contrast is as good as home for the dirty rocker that is Ronald van Gelderen as he returns back to the label for his latest release...
It's been a busy week or so for Ronald van Gelderen with a lot of new music to check out. You may remember his new remix he's done for Skunk Anansis's latest single we brought you news about last week. He's not remixing his latest track as he returns to High Contrast with a full on Ronald Van Gelddeen production. he has got a few friends to help in with the remix duties for his own though with Irish trance star John O’Callaghan joining Artento Divinin to provide two very different interpretations of his new single 'Semper Fi'.
It marks a return to the label for the first time since Ronald launched his very own imprint 'RAW Sessions' during last year which has knocked out records like 'In Control' and 'Devil With A Cause'. You may think it’s a bit odd then he pushing a new release on a label other than his own but Ronald has a very deep passion and respect for High Contrast.
"I have a very strong band with High Contrast Records as I was part of it since the early days. I have seen the label grow into one of the leading labels in the scene. After one year of trying out new adventures, which helped me develop in a positive way, I’m happy to return back home to High Contrast Records. For me it feels like this is the label where I belong" Ronald van Gelderen The dirty rocker returns home to a place that has treated him very well over the years and the end result is a mix of his individual rough and ready style with a drop of vocal from the man himself. The new single drops into all the online stores on the 23rd August.
