© Gareth Emery His debut artist album 'Northern Lights' is creating a stir amongst Trance fans at the moment, not surprising as it's very good, and he's got news on the next single to come from it...

I'm sure you won’t need reminding that Gareth Emery's debut artist album 'Northern Lights' is now out. It's an album that he has been teasing is on its way for the past three years and just when you think he's doing a Lange on us, he's finally managed to drop it. The first impression from me is it’s an outstanding album, defining the Gareth Emery style of sound and offering a refreshing variety of Trance throughout the ten tracks. He already has a single released from the album ‘Sanctuary’, with a mix from himself and a stomper by Sean Tyas. The single featured on the album is a different version to the single release but one which will be sure to please your ear drums never the less. In his latest update, he’s soon to drop the next one at the end of October in the form of ‘Citadel’. News on that and his forthcoming ‘Northern Lights - Concert’ are right below.

Northern Lights finally released

It's finally happened! On 23rd September, Gareth's debut artist album Northern Lights was released to critical and popular acclaim. Within 24 hours, the album shot to the top of the iTunes Dance chart in both the USA and Canada, and also hit the top ten in the UK, the Netherlands and numerous other countries. Next single: Citadel

Gareth's next single will be the epic instrumental 'Citadel'. Already a favourite from Northern Lights, you'll now be able to get your hands on the full-length, DJ friendly Club Mix.

Citadel has already been one of the biggest tracks in Gareth's sets this year, ripping the roof off at events like Trance Energy, EDC and Global Gathering. It's also had recent support from Armin van Buuren on ASOT and Above & Beyond, who played the track twice after it was voted 'Web Vote Winner' - the most popular track on their radio show. Yep people, it's another biggie. Citadel is out on Garuda on the 19th October

The Northern Lights Concert: ticket update

With just over a week to go, Gareth's debut concert in Leeds is looking totally unmissable. With all VIP tickets now sold out, and over half the regular tickets also gone, ensure you buy your ticket soon if you're planning on coming. We'll be taking over the O2 in Leeds, bringing in a raft of additional production including LED screens, CO2 cannons and extra lasers to ensure this event looks as good as it sounds.
