Get ready for a new surge of new Signum recordings as the pair prepares to release their debut artist album 'For You'. It's been a long time coming for a group that have been involved with Trance since the dawn of the last decade...
You thought Lange took his time with his first artist album, well it looks like Signum have been following suit as its strange to imagine they have not yet released an artist album. They have been releasing records since the early parts of the last decade and beyond having brought a few all time classics with it. You may remember them for tracks like 'Coming On Strong' and the classic 'What Ya Got 4 Me'. It was records like that which earned the guys a reputation as one of the forces on the Trance music scene with very strong releases since. So, having been around for just about 13 years, been featured on just about every classic anthem compilation going, having their latest tracks regular ‘A State of Trance’ radio show occupants and collaborating with some of the scene’s biggest names it’s time to take a step into the artist album world.
The debut album will featured all brand new Signum releases, spanning from the progressive style right down to the tech driven approach. In fact, they have said the new album spreads over a wide range of different Trance music styles which h should make for a very mixed album. They do have the skill set to produce different styles of track so the end result of what’s on this album should be very intriguing. They have settled on the title ‘For You’ as the debut album title and I’m sure they have been dropping promo’s out to their fellow DJ mates for the new tracks on the album. I’ve not seen a tracklist for it but I would suspect they may well rework a few old classics for the debut. Don’t hold me to that though. It’s good news anyway for an artist who should have notched up more than just the one artist album over the past 13 years.
This one will be out at the beginning of December and as soon as we sniff out some more details we will let you know. If your over in Holland the around the 11th then check out the official launch party for the album, details of which are below.
