From his first pioneering house single “Do The Rave Stomp” back in his native Buenos Aires in 1992 to the much-awaited upcoming release of his brand new mix compilation “I Love Juicy 2010”, Dero has worked hard to establish his career.
He has been Latin America’s N°1 DJ for two decades and is now an international star whose name is synonymous with impressive sounds that mixes South American percussion with house and electro music.
As DJ, solo recording artist, producer and remixer, Dero has pursued an upward moving career that just keeps growing. And when Dero is not in the studio, he is crossing the planet. As one of the world’s most solicited DJs, he topped off three world tours, performing more than 200 sets in the last year. Each season Dero brings joy with his music for tens of thousands of house, electro, and dance-loving fans.
Dero built his reputation with the hit singles “Batucada”, “Dero's Illusion”, “Mariacaipirinha” and Dero & Rivera’s “Batucada” and his presence at such major festivals like the legendary Love Parade & Mayday, Juicy Beach at the Winter Music Conference in Miami and Creamfields has only added to his popularity.
His career took him to the highest echelons of the industry and nowadays he releases his music on Robbie Rivera’s world famous Juicy Records imprint. On “I Love Juicy”, Dero showcases his most recent productions in a 15-track mix. Featured are unique remixes of tracks like “Oh Baby” (a collaboration between Dero, Rivera and Juan Magan) “Move Move 2010” by Robbie Rivera, “El Caballero” by Darryl Green and “I Love Batucada”, another collaboration between Rivera and Dero. Other superb titles include “Peak Hour”, “I Love Electro” and an incredible remake of the S-Express classic “Theme From S-Express”. “I Love Juicy” by Dero is the ultimate mix compilation for the fans of Latin American EDM, inspired by South American percussion and ‘tuff, sexy, house music’!
