Above & Beyond's signature radio broadcast is approaching its 350th episode next week and to celebrate they will be airing it live from their sold out club event in Los Angeles...
It's coming up to ten years since Above & Beyond gave birth to their Anjunabeats label this Friday, for which they will be invading London's Ministry of Sound to celebrate in style. That's not the only landmark the Above & Beyond chaps will be celebrating in December as their weekly radio show 'Trance Around The World' will soon notch up its 350th episode. That’s quite a landmark and one which is worth celebrating. They will be doing that with a very special appearance in Los Angeles at the L.A. Palladium with Cosmic gate, Super8 & Tab, Jaytech and Boom Jinx for good company. The event is a complete sell-out which just shows you the popularity of the Above & Beyond trio over in the states, not to mention worldwide. It is from that club on the 10th December that they will broadcast the 350th episode and if you’re not able to be there you can still listen in live as they are broadcasting the event online.
Depending on your particular time zone it may well be a nice warm up for a Friday night or a good way to wind down a Saturday morning after a Friday night. The show kicks off at 9PM PST if you’re in the states and 5AM GMT / 6AM CET if you’re in Europe or the UK. The show will be broadcast over the DI.FM airwaves and on many of the show’s 237 FM and satellite syndicated stations around the globe.
If you want to get even more interactive in the build up to the show then check out the interactive map which lets fans post their thoughts, comments and shout outs and pinpoints them on the world map for the whole community to see. You will need a twitter account to post your messages but who’s not got one of those in this day of age.
