While putting this update up it seems to be that Jochen's official web site has been the victim of a web hacker. Have a look for yourself. While we alert Jochen about this it’s a good time to drop in with his very latest news update. His 'Classified' track is the official theme for next years 'Energy' (the new name for Trance Energy) event and is chucking a few tickets your way so you can get in for free. Details on that below and all his latest releases on Be Yourself Music including his new remix for Cosmic Gate's 'Back To Earth' track which will be featured on their 'Best of 1999-2003' album due out early next year.

Jochen Remixes Cosmic Gate

A few months back Cosmic Gate approached Jochen to ask if he’d like to remix one of their early hits for their new remix album look-back ‘Back 2 The Future’. His answer was a resounding ‘yes’, and he elected to rewire their smash ‘Back To Earth’.

His trance-progressive re-approach has this week blazed its way up the Beatport Top 10 chart and you can check the teaser video trailer for the track here or get a hold of his stellar remake right thereabouts!

'uPad’ Versus ‘Classified’

Just in case you managed to miss ‘em, Jochen’s two latest audio wow-ers have been keeping things hellfire-hot on the world’s most discerning dancefloors and radiowaves of late. Having already tucked the Energy2011 anthem slot into its belt, ‘Classified’ went on to bag a Money Shot in DJ Mag, who said “it just sounds like an event anthem” and that it was “an anomalous, thrilling listen”. ‘uPad’s house/trance/electro devolution has picked up its share of heat too. Taking up a residence in the UK Buzz chart, it’s spent 3 weeks there and has received radio play on a full spectrum of dance music radio shows, inc. ASOT, 538, Fire It Up, Judge Jules on Radio 1, The Gareth Emery Podcast, Nocturnal Radio, Clublife, Mainstage and others.
