TAO: Swedish House Mafia Rewind 'Reaver'

Back at the end of the summer Marco's new TAO concept got its first big nod from the house quarter. The Swedish House Mafia used ‘Reaver’ on their Creamfields Radio 1 Essential Mix, displaying exactly the genre-spanning, cross-party appeal the label was designed for. This week theirs was voted Essential Mix of the Year, which gives you a second opportunity to see how ‘Reaver’ fits into the S.H.M. sound-dynamic. In terms of listening experiences it has to qualify as the NYE party warm-up mix to beat! NEW YEARS EVE: Marco V Poised To Rock NYE

Just a few hours from now Marco will be handling 2010/2011 switchover Singapore-side. The Art Of's sound will be seizing control of the world-famous Zouk club throughout NYE with Marco laying down audio law to 3000+ clubbers with a very special 4 hour set.

If you’re in the country (or even in striking distance) there’s no better place to usher in the next 365. If you can’t make it Marco hopes you have a bass-fuelled, percussion powered New Years Eve and he hopes to be coming to a dancefloor near you as early as possible in ’11!

LABEL: InCharge, set To Charge!

Marco’s In Charge label has been back in the thick of it this month, powering up dancefloors all the way from Avalon to Zouk. The UK’s Dan Baseley is the man behind the label’s latest double-headed floor-reaper… ‘Come Again’ is a tough-as-nails, stripped-down, pumped-up shoe-trashing floor carnivore, and one that’s had the likes of Sander van Doorn, Nic Chagall and David Tort all over it. That’s flipped by ’Interface’, which puts the pitch modulator up past 11 and has tested bass-bins and rocked spots presided over by Armin van Buuren, Markus Schulz & Judge Jules (among others). Heavy dance floor artillery, not to be deployed lightly… but you can get yours here!
