We've already brought you news of Christopher Lawrence's smoking hot mix contest for his 3rd birthday celebrations for 'Rush Hour Radio' but you can find a reminded in his February update; you only have a few weeks to get those mixes ready. His latest single ‘A Little Rush’ is out right now and you can check out behind the scenes of the video shoot as well as the official video this month. Expect new music from him very soon on his Pharmacy Music label including collaboration with Sean J Morris for a new track called ‘Rock It’. That’s something he will be doing with John 00 Fleming as they team up for more DJ collaborations this year after a huge debut appearance to a sold out crowd at the Avalon club in Los Angeles this past month. CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE NOMINATED FOR 'BEST AMERICAN DJ' AT THE IDMAS

Christopher Lawrence has been nominated for ‘Best American DJ’ at the 26th annual International Dance Music Awards (IDMA’s) at this years Winter Music Conference in Miami. Also nominated in the categorary is BT, Danny Tenaglia, Deadmau5, Erick Morillo, Kaskade, Oscar G and Roger Sanchez.

One of the most anticipated annual events on the global music calendar (and the only longstanding awards event dedicated to the dance and electronic music industry), the IDMAs generate over two million votes from music enthusiasts in 183 countries every year to recognize and honor exceptional achievements in 57 award categories. This is the industry highlight at the epicenter of WMC week.

CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE LAUNCHES 'RUSH HOUR' DJ MIX CONTEST

Calling all bedroom DJs... Christopher Lawrence is launching a mix contest that will give one up and coming trance DJ the opportunity to be featured as the guest mix on the three year anniversary show of Rush Hour in April 2011.

This is a fantastic opportunity for new DJs to get their sound heard by thousands of listeners on Digitally Imported and our FM affiliates, on the Rush Hour podcast and website. Winner will also be included in the official press materials for the anniversary episode.

Christopher Lawrence says “My radio show Rush Hour has always been about supporting up and coming producers and DJs, particularly those in the underground trance scene. There are so many talented DJs out there who deserve to get their sound heard and I hope this contest will help to do that”.

Rush Hour is one the world’s most popular trance radio shows. It airs on Digitally Imported's trance channel and is syndicated in 120+ FM markets worldwide stretching from North America, South America, Europ and Asia to the Pacific. The podcast on iTunes has reached over 250,000 subscribers.

Christopher Lawrence has teamed up with Perfecto's Suzie del Vecchio for a chest pounding trance piece, aptly titled 'A Little Rush'.

Suzie’s evocative vocals and Christopher’s masterful production swirl together to form an adrenaline injection that is sure to make dance floors bounce harder, drivers hit the gas a little bit and headphone junkies snap their necks. JOHN '00' FLEMING AND CHRISTOPHER LAWRENCE TEAM AS FLEMING & LAWRENCE

Following a series of collaborative sell out shows, original production work and a mix compilation together John 00 Fleming and Christopher Lawrence have officially joined forces under the moniker Fleming & Lawrence.

The duo officially debuted to a sold out audience at Avalon Nightclub in Los Angeles in January 2011.

There are obvious parallels that both DJs share in creating their sound and the reason why these two DJs work so well behind the decks. Get ready for some seriously banging trance from two of the biggest and most respected names in dance music!
