Ferry Corsten is a very busy DJ this summer; just take a look at his forthcoming gigs for conformation of that. Last weekend he made it over here in the UK for two dates, the first at a packed Sankeys club in Manchester then up north to party with the mad Scots at this year's Coloursfest. You can check out what he got up to during the weekend in his brand new edition of 'WKNDR' which is a stalkers dream come true for any Ferry fan looking for a behind the scenes look at one the biggest names in trance. He also gave away a free track on Facebook this week which you can download below if you missed it. It’s a sweet preview, as was his last single ‘Feel It’ of his brand new artist album which is on its way later this summer.
FULL ON FERRY HITS IBIZA
From the 12th of July until the 13th of September, DJ/producer Ferry Corsten will hold a weekly residency in the brand new club Sankeys on Ibiza. Every Tuesday he will host the innovative and spectacular event 'Full on Ferry; Ibiza'. The event is very similar to the previous 'Full on Ferry' events that Ferry hosted for three years in a row in a sold out Ahoy in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. These exhilirating and major successful editions have given the event the global reputation of being one of the most groundbreaking and definite must-see events in the dance-scene.
Full on Ferry is an event where the various musical facets of Ferry Corsten can be expressed. It is also a festive reunion of his fellow DJ's and producers. At 'Full on Ferry; Ibiza' Ferry will invite various artists that he admires and respects and/or have influenced his music. With a weekly varying line-up, the artists will play back-2-back sets with Ferry in the mainroom and in another area of the intimate club setting of Sankeys, the audience can treat themselves to various extended dj sets.
Earlier this year Ferry promised to share a free, exclusive, never released before track once we would hit the 500.000 fan mark on his Facebook page! And guess what... a week and a half ago, we hit that 500k mark!
