Your monthly update on the world of Marco V is here for you to check out. He’s off to Ibiza this summer to play at Gatecrasher’s night at Privilege along with Roger Shah and has a new release on his In Charge label.

Vote V For (Dancefloor) Victory!

Through a succession of tracks, remixes, compilations, tours and In Charge label releases, Marco has led from the front over the last 12 months.

He's launched his new three-sixty-degree dance concept TAO, staged acclaimed one-off events in unique settings and produced floor-juggernaut 'Reaver' – a track that united DJs from Judge Jules all the way to the Swedish House Mafia.

Amidst the usual fanfare, DJ Mag opened the voting on their 2011 poll last week. Marco has made it 10 for 10 over the last decade of polls. He'd certainly like to make it 11! So if you've felt the pulse of any of his audio action this year, or worn down some shoe rubber on a dancefloor he's rocked, please show your support in the poll of polls! Gatecrasher @ Privilege - 2011 Ibiza Residency

As July became August, summer 2011 conclusively went into high gear this week! With things getting yet hotter still on club floors, what better time could there be for Marco to embark his 2011 White Isle activities!? This Wednesday sees him commence a 5-night August residency run at Privilege for clubland legends Gatecrasher. He'll be playing alongside Paul Oakenfold, Dash Berlin and Roger Shah at the world's biggest club, guaranteeing the very best in Balearic thrills throughout the course of the high season.

Naturally Marco would love to see you there! For August the 10th he's bagged 4 guestlist spots for the night. So if you're on Isla Blanca on that night and fancy getting in 'da nada', here's what you have to do! Latest release on marco's in charge label

This month's In Charge floor-devourer comes from Swiss maestros Danny Freakazoid & Strobe. Having previously turned out plenty of big electro-house audio for CR2, they've collaborated together for the first time to create the magnificent 'Munch'!

The track whips together deep industrial hissing FX, furious double-tough kicks, phased, echoed percussion and progressive atmosphere by the bag load to deliver an all-round track-tornado!

You can get hold of 'Munch' bright and early on the August the 8th via iTunes, Beatport, Trackitdown (or any good digital download reseller worth their salt).
