 It's back to business as usual for the Gareth Emery Podcast featuring the very best of the current crop of electronic dance music. This week he's juicy new tunes from Hardwell, Ummet Ozcan, Emma Hewitt and Tritonal...
It's a happy new year from Gareth Emery as he unloads another Gareth Emery podcast from the chamber. January is always a quiet month in many areas but on the never ending development scene of electronic it's anything but. He's sequenced a very diverse podcast this week driving through house, progressive and trance with Porter Robinson on the podcast player. His forthcoming single, the follow up for 'Tokyo', has been announced as 'Concrete Angel' with the 13th February set as the release date. It's another catchy vocal delight with Gareth using Christina Novelli this time for the harmonics. Set aside her hairstyle for a moment and just enjoy the vocal in the official music video for the single. I’ll let you make sure own mind up on the new single, its one which you feel may have a certain crossover appeal to it. He’s not popped it in this week’s podcast though, but I’m sure it will in the weeks to come as remixes are announced for it.
