Let's enjoy something different from the "X-Press 2" boys. It is a deep house track with excellent piano rhythms, featuring the amazing vocals by David Byrne from Talkin’ Heads. It is one of the crossover anthems coming along every couple of years.
Full Length Version This is the original mix of the track. Being a deep chill house track with excellent vocals it fits perfect for the bedroom. Let it lift the place up. The piano present into this track makes it very interesting and different from others. Talking again about the vocals, the lyrics are very smart, a must listen to.
I’m Lazy when I’m loving / I am Lazy when I Play / I am lazy with my girlfriend, a thousand times a day / I am lazy when I am speaking / I am lazy when I walk / I am lazy when I am dance / I am lazy when I talk
It will be first choice for bedroom dj's and chill out areas. I also believe it will be massive in summer times on, offcourse, those wonderful relaxing sunny places.
Peace Division This is the first existing remix for this amazing track. It is totally different from the original having tribal elements inside. A truly deep progressive monster. I believe all progressive fans will love it, but, it is limited only to them. They use the vocals in a teasing way, dropping some words into this deep track.
Norman Cook Mix This mix is included on the remix vinyl. It moves this tune upon the main dance floor. Norman Cook aka Fatboy Slim uses some old riffs at the start. After a while the amazing vocals are coming in, together with these typical Cook beats and riffs at the background. It is very interesting and massive once again.
Norman Cook Dub This is not a dub version of Norman Cook’s mix. It starts with break beats and teasing vocals. After that, it goes to a break with very lazy vocals. The electronic riffs are coming up, some beats take over and it starts to build up while keeping the break beat feeling around. Pure Fatboy slim style, experimental break beat.
X-Press 2 produces another great anthem. Many people said 2001 was the come back for these guys. It seems they continue strong in 2002. Their album is called Muzikizum, coming along to wake us up soon.
