The brand new single from Solarstone is another one from his last artist album ‘Pure’ called ‘Jewel’ featuring the vocals of Clare Stagg. It’s a very good track and has been knocking up a very nice following since it’s realise including being voted Armin’s tune of the week on his ‘A State Of Trance’ radio show. What you might not notice is there is no official music video for it yet, well, that’s about to change. Rich Mowatt, that’s Solarstone to you, is running a tasty competition asking you to put your creative skills to use and put together a video that fits the music. You don’t have to be an Oscar winning director or have any professional skills at all for this; you just need to put a video backdrop that fits to the sound of ‘Jewel’.
There are prizes up for grabs as well as world wide fame of having your video selected as the official music video to the single. Rich will be putting $500 in the winners pocket, a signed copy of ‘Pure’ and a heap of Solarstone merchandise. Not only that but also an open invite to attend one of his shows for a meet and greet, you might even be luckier enough to get a drink off him while your there. The rules for entry are very simple. Create you own visuals, video or simply just get creative wioth what you might think fits Solarstone's latest audio masterpeice. You don't need to be an oscar winning director to do it, just filming your fish tank will do if it suits the mood of the song. get creative though and put some thought into what visuals go with the music. Once you've done, upload your video someone online like YouTube and send the link to purejewelvideo@gmail.com.
