SHINDIG/XXI will take place Bank Holiday Sunday 5th May both “By Day” & “By Night”, inviting a huge wave of electronic talent to the open air early afternoon/evening at Hoults Yard, Newcastle Upon-Tyne, before a limited capacity “By Night” show inside Warehouse34.
SHINDIG/XXI will rejuvenate outdoor events of past years and reaffirm Shindigs excitement and long -lived enthusiasm in giving rawness to the rave.
Artists billed to perform on the large afternoon outdoor stage include Visionquest head honcho Seth Troxler, recently voted no. 1 DJ in 2012 by Resident Advisor, House heavy weight Maya Jane Coles, Guy Gerber, Circo Loco’s Davide Squillace and one of New Jersey/New York's most celebrated and important house music practitioners Kerri Chandler. Continuing the evening inside Warehouse34 we are very privileged to welcome John Digweed and Joris Voorn who will join our very own Scott Bradford back in the dark.
Spanning the Hoults Yard open-air locale both the afternoon adventure of house and our warehouse show will undoubtedly go down not only as a highlight of the W34 series but in Shindig’s soon to be long and celebrated history.
