New Electronic band Disciples announce their arrival on the scene with their impressive debut four-track Remedy EP, which spans current yet timeless house and garage sounds with a hearty dose of summertime vibes.
Disciples are three young South London friends: Duvall, Gavin and Luke, who have spent the last few years behind the scenes, working with a diverse range of artists, from Ms Dynamite, Afrojack, to Roses Gabor.
Now stepping out of the shadows, and into the spotlight, this trio of multi-talented singer/songwriter/producer/performers, have come together to form the exciting new group Disciples, and are widely tipped to achieve big things.
Title track ‘Remedy’ is a fresh, anthemic, summer house jam, that received it’s first national radio play via DJ Target on his BBC 1Xtra ‘100%HomeGrown show’, and it was also recently crowned ‘Track of The Week’ on Express FM.
‘Remedy’ is followed closely by cool garage cut ‘Night’, whilst the third track on the EP ‘Vibe’, is a stomping, organ-heavy workout. Lastly ‘Circles’ is a slick club banger that closes this debut release in true style.
The Remedy EP has already picked up amazing ‘across the board’ support, from key tastemakers, through to DJ influencers. Keep a close eye on Disciples as they takeover summer 2013, and beyond.
