There's nothing better than pulling out a classic album midweek and one that falls into that category is Chicane's epic 'Behind The Sun' which has been remastered this week on Armada. What sounded good before, just got that little bit better...
It’s an album that will be in many dance music fans CD collection gathering dust but one which should be taken out once in a while as Chicane second studio album ‘Behind The Sun’ was one of his most defining. The album may well be over 13 years old but it only gets better with age and this week the sound just got that little bit better with the album having full re-mastered re-release. It’s a great excuse to discover one of Chicanes finest collections of artist material. When it got released in 2000 it might be one fans kept going back to as his next artist work did not come until 7 years later.
The album has some epic tracks and a few of my personal favourite Chicane records with ‘Halcyon’ ‘Autumn Tactics’ ‘Saltwater’ and his vocal collaboration with Bryan Adams ‘Don’t Give Up’.
