While the Recorworld network may have lost a few of its big names to other labels over the past few years Chris Hampshire and his team still have an enormous amount of talent in the stable. One such talent is Irish man Gary Maguire who for any respectable trance follower is certainly no stranger. He has been involved in the scene now for a fair few years and has many singles to his name to date. A few that spring to mind and well worth a check up would be ‘One Way’, ‘True Colours’ and ‘Secrets’. The Discover label has treated him to three compilations so far with his Irish trance edition of ‘Global Trance’, the second edition of the ‘Dark Sessions’ and a volume in their ‘Trance Pioneers’ series.

The former album was really a best of collection but don’t expect this debut artist album to be just a new copy re-branded. The album has 11 unreleased singles with only ‘Make Believe’ and ‘Can You Hear Us’, which were released as an EP on Disocver Dark in 2012, tracks you will have had a taste of before. The eleven that Gary has crafted together for his debut collection are simply stunning and a real evolution of his trademark pumping sound. You should be itching to hit the pre order button after you have had a sample of the tracks on Gary’s debut long player.

It’s artists like Gary and labels like Recoverworld that breath fresh air into the trance scene and as a trance follower you should fully support them. The album is available to pre-order right now and just like the good old days, the CD version will be through your front door before the digital edition hits the internet.
