 The passion is making a comeback and its with its founding father JFK. For years he made the Passion night at the Emporium in Coaville one of the best club events in the world until it came to an end at the fall of 2013. From the 15th August, the passion will be back...
Over the past few years we have lost many iconic club brands. The economic nature of today makes turning a profit in the club game very difficult, especially for independent run events without big budgets to play with. There was a time when the Passion brand was thriving with packed out club nights inviting world class DJ’s to step into the booth. One of those DJ’s is JFK who made the night his own and over the years provided many great memories and spun some very fine tunes at a little venue called the Emporium in a sleepy little UK town called Coalville. That club closed down at the end of last year after Genix took over the reigns.
When JFK left the Passion brand it was like a family had lost its father figure, he really made the night up there. Well, just when you think an iconic club brand is dead and buried it gets brought back to life. Through a social media outlet JFK presents Passion has been born again with a website page indicating the Passion is not quite done with just yet. I’d head over to that page as JFK has posted up many old memories from Passion nights from the past. It would seem thought he is ready to make some fresh ones with a post tonight that the Passion will be launched on the 15th August. Where will this new age of Passion be reborn? Find out tomorrow.
