Armada are at it again with adding labels to their collection by signing up Gareth Emery's Garuda music to their books starting off with his remixed edition of his last artist album...
Armada have become the electronic slag of the label world in recent years, everybody's jumped on for a ride. The latest to sign up with the group is Gareth Emery's Garuda label which was announced this week on their official website. They have gone through quite a few label deals in recent history with VANDIT, Subculture and Magic Island Recordings all having distribution deals with them, which have now ended. They do like to announce when they capture a big name but never release why they get rid. Just what is Gareth Emery letting his Garuda brand in for signing up with the Armada group?

The first point of business is the release of his remixed artist album 'Drive' which he likes to call 'Drive: Refueled'. It’s following on from the trend in recent years to release remixed editions of artist albums. Gareth has got two disc edition lined up for this remix with artists like MaRLo, W&W, BL3R, Craig Connelly and Bryan Kearney providing the beats.
