 The next personal collection from Gareth Emery will be released on the 1st April. That no April fool either as he delivers 100 Reason To Live…
Good news for all you Gareth Emery fans out there with the release today of pre-orders for his forthcoming artist album ‘100 Reasons To Live’. This will be the third artist collection for Gareth who has come along way since playing around on his laptop back in 2003 to come up with ‘Blaze’, a tune he released under an aliases called ‘Cupa’. It’s been a long journey since that release on Five AM.
He now has his own label, radio show and a fanbase that spreads over all parts of the world. From being the unknown he has become a regular in the ears of electronic music fans ears over the years. His music has changed a little bit over the years, there is a more vocal presence within his records in this day of age. No more so than on his new artist album to be released in April. Looking at the tracklist every track features a vocal.
Two of which tracks have already been released with ‘Hands’ and most recently ‘Reckless’ which features Wayward Daughter on the vocals. If you’re a fan of the vocal style then this album will be right down your ally. If you like things more melody based, you might find this a little bit of the cheesy side. Either case, I’ll save my opinion until the full album gets unleashed.
