Architect is the production team of Santiago Gralatto, a DJ for many years, and his close friend and talented musician Demian 'Kiky' Amato. The duo created Architect with the aim of being the future of Uplifting and Tech Trance in Argentina. After several releases and tour dates as Architect, they caught the attention of Emiliano Ayub, Pharmacy’s South American head of A&R and member of Fergie & Sadrian. Besides garnering the support of DJs such as Mark Sherry, Giuseppe Ottaviani, Solarstone, Indecent Noise, Ferry Tayle, Alex M.O.R.P.H. and Johan Gielen, they have two nationally and internationally popular radio shows, 'Designs' and 'We Are'.
Architect is full of surprises. Come Out to Play begins as a powerful tech trance track with a pounding, relentless techno beat. Just when the intensity peaks, the track does a com-plete 180 degree turn and drops into a lush and beautifully melodic breakdown. Just as unpredictably, the spiritually elevating breakdown comes to a twisted ending and drops back into the hi-octane techno. This track is fierce.
Fellow Pharmacy artist and Argentine compatriot, Beamrider steps up on remix duties. Beamrider works the techno elements to full effect completely eliminating the melodic breakdown and replacing it with a tension filled old school bit crunched breakbeat and held high string note. Beamrider’s remix is a brilliant reinvention of the classic hard tech trance tracks of the late 1990s
