The very latest production from Paul van Dyk comes in the form of a collaboration with one of VANDIT’s newest talents Pierre Pienaar for the uplifting trance banger they called ‘Stronger Together’…
New productions from Paul van Dyk are a welcome sight in any trance fans playlist. He has teamed up with some of the biggest artists on the planet over the years. His new friend for this new collaboration is a relatively new face on the trance music scene but one who is very well thought of by Paul and his own record label VANDIT records. Pierre Pienaar may be a name that is new to many, definitely new to me, but has been involved in the music industry releasing records for over ten years now. You might know his alter ego which had a hard house theme back in the day P.H.A.T.T. Now this relatively new artists seems very familiar, but its now trance he’s very much pumping out.

What can you expect when a former hard house producer meets with one trance music’s biggest pioneers over the past two decades? Only good things I can tell you that. ‘Stronger Together’ is a very pumping, uplifting and melody rich trance record with a very well polished production form start to finish. You would expect nothing less with a record involving Paul. The opening build up in this has a very tasty leading string and feeds in piano keys to really drive the uplifting mood. Like any good uplifting tune, the break I here is very nicer and strips things back to the piano key which teased you on the intro. The main break even has a little harmonic vocal effect in there and is dramatic as they come. When everything’s back to the beat, this record is delightful, banging and very uplifting.
Conclusion:
What a bloody good tune! Paul and Pierre have crafted together a very driving and uplifting trance record here that I’m sure any trance fan worth their salt would want in their playlist. It’s in mine.
