Rafael Osmo caps off his release year in the same exalted fashion he started it… with a club-combusting outing on VANDIT Records!
Rewind back to January and through 'Bella Monaco', the Israeli served electronic music lovers with one of 2017’s earliest floor beacons. Now he bookends the year by pouring all the same studio smarts & nous into the twin productions of ‘Euphoria’ and ‘Remind Yourself’.
First out of the gate is ‘Euphoria’, which - title-wholly-appropriate, is the more elevating of the pair. Tough of drum and boisterous of bass, Rafael grafts layer upon layer of uplifting synths & strings into its production foundation, cementing them in place with detailed FX flourish.
Swinging the needle over towards the more soul-stirring end of trance’s scale, ‘Remind Yourself’ instinctively favours longer, more emotive note structures. With minor melodies, sub-riffs and chord & pads movements that’ll pull the heartstrings aplenty, its mainline finally sweeps in to make it two-for-two.
You can purchase or stream ‘Euphoria’ & ‘Remind Yourself’ here!
