Once a classic, always a classic – ‘Out Of The Sky’ drops back out of the proverbial today, flanked by two exemplary remix revisions.
Producers on point are Omnia and Andres Sanchez and artistically they’ve taken the lead track from Lange’s heroic ‘Better Late Than Never’ album to some very special places indeed.
No introduction necessary, that man Omnia scripts a blissed-out summer’s kiss of a mix, and one that holds an instinctive connection with Sarah Howell’s imaginatively penned, magically touching song. The Ukrainian uses fluttering synths, thermally undulating bass, elegant chord structures and innate key changes to repoint the track for the season ahead.
The hombre from Madrid, Andres Sanchez has been conjuring fire on many a label over the last year or so - FSOE, WAO138?!, Subculture, Grotesque, ASOT and Flashover among ‘em. On his mix, he strengthens ‘Sky’s club form, reinforces its later-night floor credentials and brings a raft of sub-melodies and arena-filling synth elevation to its summit stages.
Two mixes broadening the appeal of a classic yet further still, the Omnia and Andres Sanchez mixes of ‘Out Of The Sky’ are available from today, here: https://blackhole.choons.at/outofthesky
