For those that love peaking melodic trance with a formidable punch then look no further because the team at Garuda have put their newest family member and Formula E superstar – EJ – in pole position for what is sure to be another traction burning release! ‘No More Chances’ is the second release of the summer for EJ and with it we’re treated to a seismic offering!
Distilled in 90’s undertones, ‘No More Chances’ is undoubtedly a modern trance cut with a grandiose presence that makes it the perfect record for those main arena settings. With angelic vocal snippets complementing the uplifting chord changes and firm rolling bassline, EJ has managed to craft a record that perfectly embodies the hands in the air euphoria that only trance music can deliver. ‘No More Chances’ is another shining example of the bubbling emergence of this UK producer/DJ and why so many of the scene’s tastemakers are in support of his music output right now.
Everyone from Benny Benassi to Thomas Gold and Oliver Heldens to Sander Van Doorn have supported his music in recent times and the list continues to grow with each new track. His previous release ‘Slipstream’, via Garuda, kicked off Armin van Buuren’s A State Of Trance 868 radio show to the ears of millions listening around the globe, finding additional support from the likes of Gareth Emery, Ashley Wallbridge, Bobina & more.
Beyond his global exploits as a DJ and producer having performed at ionic festivals such as Ultra Festival Europe, the mysterious EJ is also the frontman for the global entertainment brand and race championship Formula E. EJ’s exclusive partnership with the world’s first electric street racing series has seen him perform everywhere from Monaco to Berlin to Hong Kong and New York.
With new label backers Garuda giving him full artistic reign, EJ is clearly making the most of his newly adopted label base adding another melody-rich release to his already impressive discography, with ‘No More Chances’ being the perfect recipe of pure dancefloor rapture!
