The legendary gatecrasher celebrated 25 years in the clubbing world this year and while they don’t have a permanent home in the UK anymore they do still know how to throw together a good party. For years they hosted trance nights in Sheffield, attracting clubbers from all over the UK to go and party. Trance made itself at home at Gatecrasher back in the late 1990’s. While I never had the pleasure to attend the nights there I have certainly over the years had the pleasure of the music the brand has pushed out.
Two of its most recognised residents Scott Bond and Matt Hardwick made a special appearance at their classical night this year, a party which Gatecrasher held back at its home in Sheffield to celebrate its 25th anniversary. It was a very welcome return for Matt, who left the world of being a DJ for a legal career back in 2011. The two traded tunes back to back that night, digging very deep into the trance vaults to put together a stunning mix.
Good news then that Scott Bond, who has habit of releasing a lot of his live sets, has made this one available for you to enjoy.
