NEW RELEASES ON RECOVERWORLD

Oberon - Twenty Five Years

You know its going to be a good year for the label when you start the year with an Oberon release and this latest dark excusion is a biggie. Called simply Twenty Five Years in recognition of time served comforting the disturbed on the dance music scene and a clue as to what is planned over the next 12 months, Twenty Five Years is like Donna Summer on acid with added hammers! He is the dark lord of trance, no prisoners have been taken whatsoever and this is twisted trance at its very best! Welcome to the darkside!

James Dust - Watching The Waves

Intense Emotions starts the year exactly how it ended the last one - in style! This time courtesy of a brilliant label debut from James Dust called Watching the Waves. Melodic chord stabs and plucks wash over the build together with subtle acidic runs which build towards the break. The breakdown is pure magic featuring a memorable hook and warm analog pads that catapult the tune into epic territory. Watching the Waves strikes at the very heart of what Intense Emotions stands for and is simply pure brilliance from James Dust.

Alan Sharkey - Killzone

Alan Sharkey debuts on Discover next with Killzone, a track thart leapt out at us all here at Recoverworld Towers, the first time we heard it. Produced to perfection, Killzone moves at break neck speed with riffs, counter melodies and samples firing off from all cylinders providing the perfect backdrop and framework for the main riff which is as huge as it is catchy. This is big room trance at its best, primed for dance floor damage at the peak of peak time!

Semper T - A New Vision

To start the year in style. we are delighted to bring you a huge label debut on Discover courtesy of Semper T with A New Vision. The kick and bass on this is phatt and chunky and locks you in from the start as hints of melodic intent pepper the build which is beautifully understated throughout adding tension and suspense into what is to come. The breakdown delivers a haunting piano riff before opening up into huge chord stabs and dischordant plucks that wash over you in the most spinetingling of ways. Huge trance, huge start to the year! What's not to love!
