The hard house revolution has never been away and never will with the likes of Tidy pushing out the beats. They have a new album purely mixed from 12” cuts of new and old that is not to be missed…
The love for Hard House has never been stronger. For those who remember when it all started to blow up way back in the late 90’s the sound is still pumping. Not to be confused with all the ’Bounce’ rubbish floating around the Hard House sound is as pure as ever. One very big part of the Hard House scene and founder of some of the genres most iconic singles, events and mix compilations is Tidy. The label, formally known as Tidy Trax back in the day with its sub labels is now all under one Tidy roof with the Tidy Boys steering the ship.
They have some big things coming up this year with both new and old hard house sounds to enjoy. One such thing is there ‘Secret Vinyl Party’ being hosted at a top secret venue in Leeds next week is a celebration of the sound straight from the turntables. If you can be there, make sure you are as the Tidy Boys will be joined by Andy Farley, Rob Tissera, Tidy DJ’s and Spencer G & Leigh Green for one serious night of Hard House. There will be records you remember, records you don’t and records you forgot you did.

To accompany this landmark night there will be a compilation album mixed by The Tidy Boys and Andy Farley featuring pure vinyl cuts mixed live on two turntables. No sync, no effects, no software, just a pair of Technics and stack of records. This will be a the first in a series and will only be on a limited run so you had better grab it quick because like every Tidy mix before it, this will sell out. The tracklist is not available and to be honest is not even something you want to know because if you love Hard House you will love these two mixes.
You can pre-order the album right now from Tidy’s official webshop they call Glamzoo. The official release will be 19th February.
