i:Vibes recently posted an article about the release of this album. I'm sure this track-by-track review will please everyone. K90 are on form with it, so check this out...

This album produced by K90 and with a little help from Pablo Gargano, has been entitled: 'Urban Anthems' and it's a stomper right from the start. No sleeper tracks, just pure energy and style which is K90 through and through.

"I find it hard to describe my music, I'll leave that up to the people who listen to it. The most important thing to me is the enjoyment factor! I love and enjoy music and feel proud to be able to share what I do with my audience. If I can put across half the enjoyment that I feel when I perform or create something in the studio to a crowd, I'm happy." (Craig H (K90))

With those words only, a lot of effort and time went into this brilliant album. The quality of every track is 100%, and it has something for every trance lovers tastes. With uplifting and harder edged tracks ranging throughout. K90 are sure to have a lot of success in the future with productions like these...

01. Universe
Introduction by a eerie female vocal about a theatre, followed by some amazing synths, 'Universe' starts the album off brilliantly and with great elegance. The beats and bass lines drive the track, fast, hard edged and very cool sounding, the tune just keeps on coming, and building, and leaving the listener in a trance, wondering where the tune is going. A breakdown comes and one of the most uplifting, summer-time tunes appears. The track takes a sharp twist, and the beats before don't seem so hard at all and accompany the melodic, uplifting and euphoric tune well. Great work on this track, one which will be going into most DJs record boxes soon.

02. Sentinel
Introduction by some unique synths and a driving bassline, although calm it is waiting to unleash power. Dark, chunky beats start and the synths change, taking the tune into a twist in all directions until the beats are left on their own for a short time until a breakdown, and summer is here all over again. Pretty constant throughout, happy and melodic until the finish.

03. Bomb-Jack
A long string opens this one, and a weird melody that is waiting to erupt, beats come in with a bang, and you can almost see the dance floor moving. 'Bomb-Jack' is no disappointment, a quality production. Ending pretty much the way it began, this track has little breakdowns and keeps the energy and mood flowing.

04. Colours
Snaring from the start, you can feel the build-up and the vocals: 'Get down' get the party going, typical beats and bassline this cool uplifting Trancer pops into life and with a sweet but short breakdown, no energy is lost and the beauty shines through. Amazing melodies, synths and trancey sounds throughout cause blissful hearing pleasure. One of the better tracks on the album, and similar to 'Universe', summer-time can be re-lived over and over with this emotive and euphoric production. Uplifting and powerful!!!

05. Dreamer
Well... dream no longer! Amazingly beautiful vocals and synths straight at the start, a very similar start to Rank 1's 'Many Miles Too Soon' and we love it! K90 has excelled himself beyond recognition on this dance floor masterpiece, this is too uplifting for it's own good. A melody to die for, a fast tempo beat, a large sound system and you're away! Check this track if you haven't already! 10/10

06. Transformers
Dark and spacey, taking you to another place... uplifting, driving and energetic, yet another top class production! Swirly synths and a beautiful sounding melody along with cool beats, it aint bad work at all. A lot of effort has gone into each and everyone of these tracks, and this is no exception.

07. Chemical Love
This has a good opening and a nice sound throughout. Tribal stabs and a driving beat, incorporated with uplifting and emotive strings, a breakdown which is classic and a great tune to follow! The breakdown is powerful and draws you in until a unique but typical melody appears and the arms go up, and it's to die for! Typical Ferry Corsten style and with a reference to Ferry, this tune cannot be bad at all. Check it...

08. Breathe
Introduction is so uplifting and euphoric and some beautiful female vocals thrown in for good measure, this is something special, and K90 just don't stop producing the uplifting goodness. However; this is uplifting yet bouncy and remnants of CJ Stone can be felt with the slightly euro-pop vocals and pumping kicks and bass, this would fit into a hard trance or uplifting set easily! Another 10/10!

09. Red Snapper
Now we're moving, tempo and bass well suited in this track, a techy synth and stabs just go so well with K90's style. Some melodies thrown in, and then it's cooking. Breakdowns, beats, synths, stabs, kicks and every inch of this tune say: WOW. With the main tune being god-like and full of energy, 'Red Snapper' really snaps and kicks hard. Watch out, this is going to get you. Yet another 10/10!

10. Ultimate Frontiers
Pumping and slightly hard housed, but this is a rocket! "We're pushing the ulitmate front", and no one can disagree! Banging kicks and bass, a swirling and energetic tune and rhythm and even cool spacey vocals build a wicked track that is seriously dance floor worthy.

11. Deliverance
Probably the best track of the album, saving the best for last K90 has created ecstasy on waves, power and energy. Beautiful synths, breakdowns and build-ups, tempo, beats, melodies and what ever else that comes out of the speakers whilst listening to this track is like gold! The likes of Armin would hammer this, and why not? It is a fantastic production, another fantastic production in fact, and with summer looming, 'Deliverance' will be a big stayer and one of the influential tracks of the year. 10/10!
