Tuff Stuff are back once again with quality hard-trance. "Da Techno Bohemian - Bangin' With A Gang Of Instruments" is a dont miss, this quality hard-trance tune will keep you dancing for hours, and with a funky/pumping house track on the flip-side, it makes an interesting listen...
Tuff Stuff previous records include: 'Essential DJ Team - Ong Diggi Dong' and 'Norman Bass - How You Like Bass?', so it is clear that these pick up the stormers, and this latest release is no exception.
Da Techno Bohemian = quality hard-trance! Either when remixing DJ Jean or producing tracks like this, "Bangin' With A Gang Of Instruments" is quality hard, acid trance through and through.
A1) Bangin' With A Gang Of Instruments B1) Pump Da Bass
A1) Bangin' With A Gang Of Instruments This starts quite funky, with nice hithats and a wicked funky synth, some wierd spacey stabs and then we're away with the hard-edged beat. Some new, amzing acid synths start and the tune is building slowly, but you can feel it... A snare and then the party is moving! This track is bangin' - doing exactly what it says on the tin. Check this dancefloor beast out...
B1) Pump Da Bass Providing that more funky house feel, this a twisted vinyl release as 'Pump Da Bass' is a soulful and energetic track. Containing a vocal sample from another well known tune, with new ones over the top, it provides a nice change from the hardness of 'Bangin' With A Group Of Instruments'.
Conclusion: The A-side is alot better than the B-side, and if you buy this record, buy it for the A-side, as 'Pump Da Bass' is a slight let down. 7/10 for thw whole release but a definate 10/10 for Bangin' With A Group Of Instruments.
