This is not a tale a few months late of Santas grotto but an interview with Nitrious Oxide by Muzikxpress about one of his most treasured tracks ‘North Pole’…
The music that came out of Anjunabeats around 16 years ago was simply amazing and on artist responsible for such great beats was Nitrous Oxide. He has had a fair few releases on the label and its one in particular that Twan from Muzikxpress wanted to gather a little bit on insight to.
The record in question is the quite lovely ‘North Pole’ which was released on the label way back in 2006. The release did have another track to with ‘Frozen Dreams’ but the action was all on ‘North Pole’ with is sublime break, gorgeous melody and its explosion of energy when all its elements let rip.
Twan talks to Krzysztof Prętkiewicz, the man behind Nitrous Oxide about just how this record came about as well as digging into his musical inspirations which still keep him motivated today.
