Biography:
Matt Darey, a household name since his productions under Lost Tribe and his own name as well as MDM since the mid 90s under various guises has been delivering track after track of pure quality over the past few years within the trance and house genres with his numerous aliases. His work has been further enhanced in the past with long-time vocalist partner Marcella Woods, who has created stunning vocals on tracks such as Liberation (Fly Like an Angel) and more recently "Beautiful" which saw a re-release in March 2002 with massive remixes from Andy Perring of Pulser fame and Hiver & Hammer.

His DJ sets have been more and more affluential since he began taking his sound around the world in 2000 and has been playing at numerous gigs around the world ever since.

For 2002, Matt's sound is set to take him into a more harder less uplifting sound, but then after he has experimented with the harder sounds, he has noted that the uplifting Matt Darey sound will be revived, so we should keep an eye out for that!
